Jared Dralle

Jared Dralle is a seasoned multi-line adjuster specializing in fire, water, and mold damage, bringing a well-rounded and practical approach to every claim he handles. With 18 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Jared has a deep understanding of how structures are built, repaired, and restored - giving him a distinct advantage when assessing damage and guiding projects to resolution. A proud North Dakota native who attended Bismark State College, he combines local insight with professional expertise, earining trust through accuracy, integrity, and a strong commitment to helping clients recover efficiently.  

Mike Boyd, Adjuster 

Mike Boyd has joined Claims Associates with 23 plus years of adjusting experience.  He is capable of handling large property losses, complex casualty, heavy equipment, and cargo losses. Mike also has extensive training in fire, water, and mold remediation for both commercial and residential claims.Mike is from Bismarck ND graduated from the  University of ND.  

Mike Kirkeby, Adjuster-Manager

Mike has 22+ years of adjusting experience in property, casualty, auto, heavy equipment, and large commercial claims.  Mike has extensive experience is handling large loss claims greater than $5,000,000.  Mike graduated from Black HIlls State University with a Bachelors Degree in 1986.  Mike is certified in water and mold remediation.

Terrell Viher, Multi-Line Adjuster

Terrell is an experienced multi-line insurance adjuster with over six years in the insurance industry. Specializing in auto, heavy equipment, cargo, and property losses. Born in a rural Nebraska community with a family in Farm/Ranch, he brings a lifelong familiarity with machinery. Terrell attended Black Hills State University for secondary education studying Business Management. He holds active adjusting licenses in Texas and Wyoming, actively pursuing continuing education to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
